AHS Gets Busy for the Summer

The PCC Adult High School (AHS)-Airai students completed the first courses, English I and Consumer Economics, for their first semester of the program last June 27th. Because the students were very eager to continue, they decided to only have a week break before starting the second semester, which began this week and will continue until December 22, 2008. The two courses offered will be English II and Algebra I.

In addition, the PCC AHS campus began classes last week and will offer only English and Math during the short summer session. Forty students, mostly continuing students, are taking the summer courses. The Fall 2008 semester is scheduled to begin in September with the full course offerings.
